Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Scotty Fishing and its licensors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ONLY compliance with entry conditions on Instagram is required.

Contest prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.


HOW TO ENTER

  1. For valid contest entry, entrant must be following @scottyproducts on Instagram, entrant must click the like button on post, and entrant must tag two friends in the comments section of the designated contest post. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States of America who have reached the age of majority in their respective state, province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter. 1 (ONE) winner will be chosen at random. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winners will be sent a direct message via Instagram and will have twenty-four hours to respond. If no response is received within twenty-four hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entry will be verified.

Prizes:

  • 1 Grand Prize (includes a Scotty Seeker Complete System, a Lowrance Elite FS 10” Fishfinder / Chartplotter, a P66 Transducer from Airmar, and a 173 Ball Mount from Scotty)

All personal information, such as name, email and city, required to enter a Scotty giveaway is collected by Scotty for the purposes of administering the giveaway and marketing. By providing this information, you consent to it being used for the stated purposes.

Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish the winner’s first name and last initial.
